Our Real Life Together

"The bride made the dress. Stacey made the rings. The groom took secret dance lessons to make the day perfect. 

We had two first dances.  A "first waltz" down the aisle of the church. And a "first swing dance" with a live jazz band during cocktail hour at McClintock Distillery. 

We swam three miles a day in open-water on our honeymoon. The groom swam fast. The bride swam slowly. We earned our quesadillas.

Fast forward two years. Together, we built a handmade wooden toboggan and raced it in the National Toboggan Championships, where we took home a trophy for the best-crafted toboggan. 

We first met in real life at an arts center, and we continue to live and love our real life together in Frederick."
