Yes. We start with your “not-to-exceed” budget and design within it—never upselling metals, stones, or services. Many clients also use trade-in gold to increase their project budget. Transparency and respect guide our process.

Custom Design
Yes! We frequently reuse client-owned diamonds and colored gemstones. We can also polish or recut them if needed.
Often, yes. Sentimental gold can be incorporated or refined for credit toward your project. For new castings, we refine your gold and use its value in the design.

Ready-to-Wear to Custom
Yes. All pieces are made in-house by our team of goldsmiths and designers using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.
Walk-ins are welcome during open hours, but appointments ensure dedicated time with a designer, especially for custom work or if you're traveling from afar.
Craftsmanship & Appointments
Yes. We organize pieces by metal, gemstone, and value, helping you determine what to keep, repurpose, restore, or refine.
We can design new pieces using your stones, reuse or refine your gold, or simply remove stones for future use.
We refine gold for credit toward your project or purchase. We do not buy gemstones, but we are happy to design with yours. All valuable unused stones will be returned.
Estate & Heirloom Services
Yes—we repair gold and platinum pieces with care and precision.
Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity. Some simple repairs, like sizing, may be completed same day when pre-scheduled.
Absolutely. All items are photographed, documented, and stored securely onsite in our workshop and safe.

Diamonds & Gemstones
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days, unless they’ve been altered or sized. Custom projects are non-returnable due to the design and fabrication involved.
Yes. Stones 3mm or smaller lost from InBloom-made custom pieces may be replaced if the piece has been cleaned and inspected by us within the last 12 months. We cannot warranty stones in pieces we did not make.
Of course, we are happy to return your stones to you.
Warranties & Returns
We provide a Statement of Replacement Cost for all new InBloom custom designs. For outside jewelry, we refer clients to a trusted our local Graduate Gemologist who can meet with you at our gallery by appointment.
Most clients need an insurance replacement value appraisal for theft or loss coverage.
Every 3–5 years, or if the value of gold or gemstones changes significantly.
Standard policies usually offer limited coverage. A jewelry rider or separate jewelry policy is often recommended.
Appraisals & Insurance
Use warm water, liquid dish soap, and a soft toothbrush. This simple routine works for most gold pieces and diamonds.
Platinum naturally develops a soft patina from microscopic scratches. This is normal and can be polished professionally.
Clean with warm water and dish soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, lotions, and sunscreen, which can create buildup and dullness.

Yes. Many of our custom projects are completed entirely through virtual consultations.

Shipping varies based on carrier, insurance needs, and project type. We will outline all costs before you send anything.
