Within this 30-day period, you have the option to exchange the item, receive a shop credit or a full refund. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in unused, unworn, and unmodified condition, with original packaging, warranty cards, and explanation booklets included. Items that show signs of wear or have been modified are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, sale items, special orders, completed layaways, and modified/custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit only.  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note that InBloom Jewelry does not cover the cost of return shipping for online orders.
