CUSTOMER SERVICE

We do our best to anticipate your questions or concerns in this policies section so check the headings above as you might find what you are looking for without needing to contact us..

Email: Please take advantage of our email customer service by writing your question to support@inbloomjewelry.com.  We will return your email within the (business) day Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm.

Telephone: 888-756-5600. When you call InBloom Jewelry you will hear a recorded message where you can leave your contact information.  We will return your call that day or the next business day if it is on a weekend. 

ORDER PROCESSING

When in stock (silver items only) your piece will likely take 5-10 business days to arrive given processing time, your location and shipping selection. You will be notified via email when your order is received, processed and shipped and you can monitor all of this online.
Shipping options include:; UPS Ground , 2nd Day Air and Overnight

GOLD SHIPPING TIMES

Every InBloom Gold piece is made to order for you one at a time and will take generally 2-3 weeks plus shipping time to arrive to you.  We appreciate your patience and careful planning.  If you are close to a gift giving occasion take advantage of our Out-of-Time GIFT CARD option to let your loved one know what they will be receiving.

SILVER SHIPPING TIMES

Although we do our utmost to maintain adequate inventory of the silver lines there are occasions when we will need up to 2-3 weeks to create your piece. We appreciate your patience and careful planning.  If you are close to a deadline take advantage of our Out-of-Time GIFT CARD option to let your loved one know what they will be receiving.

OUT OF TIME GIFT CARD

As it is easy to find yourself close to a gift giving occasion but short on shipping time, we offer a printable certificate to give on the special day in place of your on order piece.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & REPAIRS

We are dedicated  to fine quality in design, material and craftsmanship.  At any point in the first six months your piece breaks or your lose a stone/pearl we will repair your item free of charge with proof of purchase.  After 6 months you will need to carefully complete and include the following REPAIR FORM in your shipment back to InBloom Jewelry. Each item is reviewed on a case by case basis and the repair cost determined which can range between $10-$50.  We will charge the least amount necessary and return to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Silver items are returnable for full credit minus shipping costs within 14 days of shipment.  Please include the enclosed or printable RETURN FORM along with your invoice for proper credit which may take up to 30 days to complete.  All Gold Sales are Final.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

At this point we are unable to process special requests for stone changes or the like but would really love to hear what you are looking for.  Your input shapes our decision making in terms of our offerings and business processes. We encourage and  appreciate your feedback, suggestions and ideas. Click here to send an email support@inbloomjewelry.com. Although we will read all the ideas we may not return your email immediately or ever (if we’re really busy) so know ahead of time how much your input is appreciated.

GIVING:  WEEKLY DONATION GIFT CERTIFICATE

Each week Stacey will choose a customer  from the weeks transactions and forward a Spending Certificate in the approximate amount they spent on their transaction of which they may choose to donate to the cause of their choice on the brillant www.changingthepresent.org.  You may choose to have your donation posted on your giving page or not.  If you prefer not to participate Stacey will gladly choose for you that week.
